Which personal data are collected by us

We collect personal information from you when we make you an offer, an order is placed by you or you are a service partner of our company, as described in this privacy statement. In all such cases, we will only process personal information that you provide to us directly or that we collect automatically from you, as set out in this Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy or unless you authorize us to do so, we will use or disclose your personal information only as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

How we collect and use your personal information
In the following section you will find information on how we collect your personal data, the purposes for which we process your data and the legal basis on which we do so. The processing of your personal data until the revocation remains unaffected. The same applies if we refer to your consent or our legitimate interests in other parts of this privacy policy.

We collect information, some of which contain personal information that you provide to us directly when you submit inquiries by email or telephone. In addition, we collect data that you provide to us directly by responding to special promotional offers on our part. We use this information to personalize our offerings and to optimize your customer experience while using our services.
The legal basis for this type of processing of your personal data is our legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), to adapt the content of our services to user preferences and to further improve our services.
Please note that you are not required by law to provide us with your personal information. Without your personal information, however, we will not be able to provide you with the full range of our offers.

How we share personal information
We will not disclose, sell, transfer or otherwise distribute your personal data to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so under Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR, unless we have agreed for the purposes of your contract in accordance with Art. 6 (1 ) (b) DSGVO are obliged to do so unless the third party pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO acts as data processor in our name or you have not expressly given us your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO.

In addition, we use external service providers to provide or support services on our behalf, and share your personal information with these providers to the extent necessary to enable those providers to provide their services on our behalf. If you entrust us with services that include registration forms for stand technology, trade fair services and booth equipment of the trade fair site, this requires the disclosure of your contact details to the appropriate trade fair companies, event organizers or service providers.

You have the following rights:
Right to information (Article 15 GDPR):
You are entitled to a confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and, if so, access to such personal data stored by us.
Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR):
You have the right to request the correction of incorrect personal data.
Right to cancellation (Art. 17 GDPR):
You have the right, under certain circumstances, to demand the immediate deletion of personal data, eg. For example, if your personal information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected or if you revoke your consent on which our processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and have no other legal basis for the processing gives.
Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR):
You have the right under certain circumstances to require us to restrict the processing of your personal data, eg. For example, if you believe that the personal information we process about you is incorrect or unlawful.
Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR):
In certain circumstances, you may have the right to obtain your personal information that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer that information unhindered to another person or to us to demand.
Right of objection (Article 21 GDPR):
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, in particular if the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data is based on legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or we use your personal data for marketing purposes use. Right to complain to the Data Protection Authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a regulatory authority, in particular in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of employment or place of alleged infringement, if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the applicable data protection laws. We will retain your personal information and other information for as long as is necessary to enable you to use our offers to provide our services to you, to comply with applicable laws (including the retention of documents), to resolve disputes with any Parties and as otherwise required for our business. Automated decision-making
We do not use your personal information to make decisions based on automated processing of your personal information, which may have legal or similar effects on you.
